About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding process of clients across various markets.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer intake and ensure timely completion of paperwork
  • Generate reports tracking revenues and customer activity
  • Oversee bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly profit and loss statements
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial data
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements under SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable exchanges
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-10 years' experience in onboarding, KYC, or AML
  • Strong accounting and financial knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Computer proficiency
