Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in managing our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong analytical skills, and is able to provide timely and accurate financial reports.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and banking requirements.
- Manage billing and collections processes, registering daily collections received in the ERP system, and maintaining up-to-date client balance accounts.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and escalate critical cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Report payment, billing, and collection issues during regular meetings and track their status until a final solution is achieved.
- Register and reconcile cash account movements on a daily basis.
- Prepare and update Cash Flows as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in similar treasury or finance roles, with knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
