Contract and Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are a leading sports betting and iGaming company seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Brazil. As a Contract and Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient contract workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
  • Manage contract workflows with the Sales team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC), client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Coordinate external advisors when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).
