You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, ensuring efficient contract workflows, and supporting compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Legal/Compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
  • Manage contract workflows with the Sales team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist the AML Manager with KYC, client onboarding and Due Diligence processes.
  • Support the local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties.
  • Coordinate external advisors (lawyers, accountants) when required.
  • Provide support on general Brazilian corporate matters while liaising with Head Office.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Law, Business, International Relations or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).
