The key to success in this management role lies in the ability to leverage strategic consulting expertise across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage strategic sourcing projects, driving value creation through improved efficiencies and cost savings
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance business performance
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service level requirements
  • Nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in client organizations
  • Foster a culture of coaching and mentoring within the team
  • Promote firm growth through recruiting, training, and development activities
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's growth strategy and execution plans
  • Build and maintain knowledge capital within the organization
  • Travel to client sites as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting procurement, preferably in top-tier firms, with a background in procurement outsourcing (e-auctions & retail)
  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement, including strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus
  • Able to lead meetings and drive project delivery
  • Proven track record of leading small to medium-sized projects and assignments
  • Ability to distill complex information into concise descriptions
  • Adept at working in both self-managed and team environments
  • Demonstrated customer interaction skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, as required
  • Bachelor's degree required; exposure to business development a plus
  • A valid American visa is preferred
