**Job Title:** People Services Coordinator

Main Activities:
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including the coordination of necessary documents and logistics.
  • Manage training logistics, develop training catalogs, and assist in the professional profile form (PPP) emission process.
  • Coordinate employee services, provide support with documentation required by HR, labor, and legal areas, and manage document administration and updates.
  • Oversee CTPS updates for former, current, and leave employees, as well as lay-off logistics, and internship management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong background in human resources, preferably in activities related to the position.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or related fields, law, production engineering, IT, psychology, social sciences, or mathematics.
  • Intermediate English level and proficiency in office software packages, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Capacity to learn quickly and effectively manage end-to-end processes.
