Technical Support Specialist for Blue Yonder AMS

About the Role:
Decision Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist for Blue Yonder AMS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience in Blue Yonder AMS Support and be proficient in troubleshooting, SQL queries, and system analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for Blue Yonder's Advanced Planning and Scheduling (AMS) software.
- Investigate and analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth software functioning.
- Interact with customers, end-users, and internal teams to gather information, understand requirements, and communicate resolutions effectively.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of support cases, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Work closely with development and product teams to escalate and prioritize critical issues, provide feedback on product improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of Blue Yonder AMS software and optimize its utilization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably with expertise in Blue Yonder's AMS or similar supply chain and warehouse management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions.
