The role of the Talent and Learning Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution and embedding of global Talent and Learning Programs at their inception. This involves the development of a career framework, as well as the continuous evolution of our Career Hub and the creation of world-class Leadership Development offerings.
A key responsibility of the project manager will be to design and implement change and communications strategies that foster adoption and engagement in our programs during the launch phase. The role holder will be responsible for project managing the development and deployment of new talent and learning products.
The professional will utilize change management tactics and communication plans to support the development and advancement of needs-based solutions that maximize leader and employee adoption and usage.
The Project Manager may work on a single major product, or the development of multiple smaller products from initial value canvas development through project initiation, development, release testing, and activation, followed by ensuring the smooth transition of products post-development to the Shared Service Centre.
This position requires a high level of professionalism, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
