Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key Human Resources leader, you will be responsible for executing recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, work life balance improvement initiatives, maximizing partner morale, wage and benefit changes, safety improvements, training and development programs, labor/union relations, policy administration, and regulatory compliance related to employment.
This role requires collaboration with the Human Resources & Operations team to meet business objectives. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless partner onboarding, effective communication, and continuous process improvement.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new partners.
- Represent Human Resources in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Administer policies and make recommendations for procedural or policy improvement opportunities.
- Manage performance and partner relations effectively.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to improve policies, processes, and the overall partner experience.
- Ensure accurate partner and position information is maintained in HR systems.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources is preferred.
- Labor relations experience is highly valued.
- Technical expertise in human resources practices and procedures.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and solve complex problems.
- Well-developed analytical skills and forward thinking abilities.
- Ability to evaluate financial impact and navigate Microsoft Office applications.
- Aptitude to become an expert in Workday and other internal software systems.
