Key Role: Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistAbout the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and driving results-driven initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes.ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact between stakeholders and clients, ensuring high-quality recruitment services.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing expert consulting and data-driven recommendations.Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, leading to enhanced delivery goals and client satisfaction.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:A minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition.Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, preferably in client-facing roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for senior leadership and clients.Native proficiency in English (Spanish is an asset).
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.Able to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance.
