**The Role**

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing and Business Development Specialist to identify and gather information, conduct analyses, and provide solutions to critical business issues and decisions. This role will work on data, analytics, and reporting initiatives to support the execution of strategic initiatives and the achievement of our growth goals.

The successful candidate will help frame strategic questions, develop pricing strategies and models, and identify new growth opportunities and partnerships. They will provide relevant insights to inform better decisions, address key challenges, and identify new ways to grow.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide and implement strategies to address competition, changes in customer preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools.
  • Organize, negotiate, and implement sales and marketing programs.
  • Support the formulation of new pricing, product, and digital initiatives.
  • Utilize customer information from CRM data and customer research to understand trends and opportunities.
  • Leverage market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to drive revenue, increase yield, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Undertake market analysis/modeling, portfolio metric reporting, and operational support related to our strategy.
  • Provide analytical support to all aspects of the deal negotiation process.
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling scenarios.
  • Provide operational insights to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, Economy, Marketing, or similar fields.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Pricing experience is mandatory.
  • Knowledge in VBA, Tableau, Cognos is a differential.
  • Previous industry experience is desirable.
  • Experience in analysis and interpretation of sales results is desirable.
  • Advanced English is considered a differential.
