**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Specialist to join our LatAm team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for supporting our efforts by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and assisting with the development of sales proposals.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Assist with the development of sales proposals and presentations
- Attend client meetings and provide support to the sales team
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to sales and business development
- Cold-calling potential prospects

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly ambitious and self-started individual with a passion for the Energy sector. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable making cold-calls to high-level executives, and have a demonstrated interest in sales and business development.
