We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Intern to become a part of Wildlife's Human Resources Team in São Paulo.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will be instrumental in assisting our HR operations, enhancing team collaboration, and contributing to the development of our organizational culture. Your duties will encompass supporting the onboarding process for new employees, coordinating employee engagement activities, and aiding in various HR initiatives and administrative responsibilities. This position provides a valuable opportunity to acquire experience in personnel management practices and make a significant contribution to our team's achievements. Responsibilities

Provide initial support to employees and managers through the Employee Center platform; Assist in managing hiring, separations, and other HR-related tasks; Update and maintain content on the Zendesk platform; Deliver prompt and effective assistance for employee inquiries and concerns; Identify opportunities to enhance cross-departmental processes to boost operational efficiency; Maintain a thorough repository of procedures, tools, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance; Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR operations.

Requirements

Proficient in written English; Spoken English (Preferred); Intermediate skills in Office / Sheets (Preferred); At least 2 years remaining until graduation;
