Responsibilities
Provide initial support to employees and managers through the Employee Center platform; Assist in managing hiring, separations, and other HR-related tasks; Update and maintain content on the Zendesk platform; Deliver prompt and effective assistance for employee inquiries and concerns; Identify opportunities to enhance cross-departmental processes to boost operational efficiency; Maintain a thorough repository of procedures, tools, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance; Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR operations.Requirements
Proficient in written English; Spoken English (Preferred); Intermediate skills in Office / Sheets (Preferred); At least 2 years remaining until graduation;Next Steps
