We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Specialist to lead our dealership management team in implementing effective change strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-quality dealer deployment plans.
- Act as a change manager, guiding and coaching dealers in their journey of transformation.
- Implement Lean techniques to drive sustainable change in workshop teams.
- Train dealer management in Personal Service and revise roles for workshop staff.
- Measure success using KPIs and create action plans to achieve target measures.
- Lead the network steering group and perform assessments, motivating stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management with expertise in effective change management.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
