Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market unmet needs through market analysis and intelligence, assessing market opportunities, and developing new market development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 6 years' experience in Marketing/Business Development/Sales. Strong working experience in lubricate additive or related lubricate industry is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Digging out market unmet needs through market analysis and intelligence.

  • Leading project team to drive project success.
  • Working with marketing team on new product cost analysis and pricing.
  • Developing initial successful commercial orders for new market development projects.
  • Developing segment strategy plan and sales aids.
  • Training sales team about new market knowledge.
  • Working with sales team and facilitating new product sales scale-up.
  • Supporting global marketing team on regional market information collection and analysis.
  • Supporting mar-com contents development and events execution.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Sound critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Compelling influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills – seeking win-win solutions.

  • Frequent traveling is expected within the region.
