We are seeking a key member to drive our technical vision and ensure the effective implementation of our system architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software, software architecture, and system-level design patterns using Java and related software ecosystems.

Responsibilities include collaborating closely with development teams, product managers, project managers, business stakeholders, and other architects to align our technical vision with business requirements.

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

This role requires identifying and managing risks associated with integration and harmonization processes, anticipating potential challenges, and developing mitigation strategies to address these risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an architectural blueprint that outlines integration strategy, identifies key components, and defines interfaces and data flows
  • Create opportunities for integration, define integration patterns, and develop strategies to migrate or modernize legacy systems as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical vision with business requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Identify and manage risks associated with integration and harmonization processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in architecture, software design, and cloud technologies
  • Deep understanding of software, software architecture, and system-level design patterns using Java and related software ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, deployment, and customer engagement
  • Experience migrating workloads from mainframe and non-legacy systems to distributed infrastructures on-premises or in the cloud
