Job Title: Personnel Operations Analyst

Benthic, a leading provider of geotechnical consulting, engineering, design, and data acquisition services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel Operations Analyst to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for travel, personnel logistics, and crew change planning, providing administration support to the local Operations Team. This role requires a strong focus on data management, coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage personnel data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  2. Coordinate new hire inductions, QHSE, and HR orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  3. Support project-based visas, providing required documentation and updates to relevant parties.
  4. Identify and recommend procedural improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Provide administrative support for crew coordination, including logistics and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with the project manager and other departments to ensure seamless personnel logistics.
  7. Verify timesheets, discounts, and payments, controlling readjustments and informing the HR Department of any payroll impacts.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, ensuring the highest level of service and support.
Requirements:
  1. Complete graduation in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or relevant experience in the role.
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. Minimum 4 years of work experience, preferably in personnel logistics.
  4. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, as well as computer software applications.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with employees and business representatives.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  7. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
