High Voltage Electrical Substation Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Substation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for the design and construction of high/medium voltage electrical substations.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with experience in the design and construction of electrical substations. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop electrical substation layouts and associated electrical systems
- Work with our project management team to plan and coordinate the installation of electrical substations
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure that all aspects of electrical substation design and construction are properly coordinated
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all electrical substation installations meet the required standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as required
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in electrical substation design and construction
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
