Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
  • Monitor user behavior, optimize campaign content, and enhance user repurchase rates and platform stickiness.
  • Design and execute targeted retention and recall strategies to reduce churn and promote long-term loyalty.
  • Analyze user segmentation, behavior, and conversions to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the efficient implementation of user operations projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field; preferably in science, engineering, business, or other related fields.
  • Proficient in using SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
  • At least 5 years of experience in user operations, growth, CRM, and other related areas for internet platforms.
  • Familiarity with user segmentation and lifecycle management, precision marketing, A/B testing, and other areas.
  • Background in e-commerce, O2O, and local life service platforms preferred.
  • Strong project management, cross-team communication, and collaboration skills.
