The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Produce the highest quality solutions that deliver brand value and engagement growth;
- Create a positive team environment and experience innovation by building commitment and support for innovative lead ideas;
- Support the Leadership in managing and developing the junior team;
- Collaborate with different teams and monitor all aspects of the project, including communication, technology, and development;
- Create engaging marketing plans for new products and services;
- Execute customer engagement business analysis;
- Analyzing sales data to identify new opportunities in new markets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or a similar field;
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Advanced English in writing and communication;
- Proven project management experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge and/or interest in working with product and UX is a plus;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Highly self-motivated, independent and proactive, can-do attitude;
- Flexible thinking and team player.
