Business Analytics Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned business analytics professional to lead our team's data-driven strategy. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translating them into analytical requirements.
  • Extracting, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets from various sources, and building and maintaining data visualizations.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Developing predictive models and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical programming languages.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
