Job Overview:

This role involves leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery of IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent project coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and maintain good relationships.
  • Collaborate with the HQ Project team to implement global standardized solutions and frameworks for IT services.
  • Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements and drive full-scale infrastructure project proposals.
  • Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities, and project timelines.
  • Monitor project status, ensure high-quality delivery, and review progress with stakeholders regularly.
  • Identify and address project-related problems, decide on alternatives or work-arounds, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Ensure UAT/SIT acceptance from project personnel and report project outcomes to stakeholders for proper project closure and handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentations.
  • Optimize solutions, processes, and standard frameworks, propose improvements, and implement changes to enhance the IT experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or relevant background in technology.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with passion for IT infrastructure.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in IT infrastructure setup and solutions.
  • Excellent project management, vendor management, and coordination skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Result-oriented, with outstanding prioritization, time management, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels and teams.
