Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at Media.Monks São Paulo. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our social media and digital content efforts to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate high-quality digital content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand's tone and voice.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with our online community.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and analyze social media metrics.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
