We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic talent management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building scalable processes that drive business strategy across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic talent management initiatives that align with business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
- Conduct needs assessments and develop solutions to address talent gaps and development opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, HR generalist, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations
