We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Job Description

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, managing staff, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and ensuring a safe and positive environment for residents and staff alike.

  • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate nursing care to meet the needs of residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident care and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Assist in developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
