Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the employee lifecycle from hire to retire.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and Induction of new employees
  • Experience working in the BPO industry with strong exposure and expertise in Brazilian Federal and State laws
  • Employee Engagement & Employee Retention Practices
  • Understanding of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) / Payroll
  • Time and Attendance management
  • Effective HR Analytics and Reporting
  • Grievances Handling
  • Statutory Compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 9-12 years experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting, payroll, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • A mature thought process with an ability to multitask and focus on effective outcomes
  • Collaborative skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

This role requires self-driven individuals who are able to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to significant matters.
