Project Lead - Salesforce Implementation

This is a challenging project management role seeking an experienced professional to lead complex Salesforce implementations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality targets.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Develop and implement project plans tailored to specific client needs
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
  • Estimate effort and control development engineering processes
  • Monitor project scope, timeline, progress, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate resources across project teams
  • Conduct milestone deliverables and quality reviews
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Resolve key issues and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate with stakeholders to confirm issues and provide resolution options
  • Ensure project closure and follow up on results
  • Manage overall costs and resources effectively
  • Verify qualifications of team members and annual budget compliance
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in cloud technology and business acumen
  • Support sales efforts and guide new sales direction
  • Collaborate with Segment head and RBU head for problem-solving
  • Minimum 10 years experience in software industry with no less than 5-8 years PM experience
  • Knowledge of cloud tech stack (K8S, DevOps, Microservice, security, performance, etc.)
  • Experience working in global IT or consulting companies
  • CMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge preferred
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred
  • Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking
  • Strong self-management skills
