Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and customer understanding.
  • Develop effective call scripts to communicate value propositions and address customer pain points.
  • Manage deal qualifications and proposals, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals that showcase our capabilities and meet client expectations.
  • Support business relationship managers and commercial teams by providing technical guidance and expertise.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects and services based on the Salesforce platform, ensuring quality, timeline, and scope alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to methodologies and best practices.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI analysis, technical proposal preparation, and solution presentations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and IT governance, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service excellence.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with clients to understand new demands and platform evolution, driving innovation and growth.
  • Lead the technical team in alignment with ServiceNow and organizational best practices, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading full-cycle deliveries in Salesforce, from scoping to go-live and hypercare.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, integration patterns, and ecosystem.
  • Ability to consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice, driving informed decision-making.
  • Experience managing technical teams and vendor partners, with a track record of success.
  • Capability to track scope, budget, timeline, and quality metrics, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado and Gearset.
