
Media Consumer and Shopper Strategist

The Media Consumer and Shopper Director will be responsible for leading our media strategy, building a highly engaged team, and promoting audience-centric data-driven projects. They will also oversee the evolution of our media mix, ensuring efficient buying and maximizing value from negotiations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development of media DMI (investments) recommendations, split by brand/initiatives and channel, connected with brands' ABPs.
- Promote audience-centric data-driven projects, leveraging media partnerships for maximum impact.
- Drive the forefront of media innovation, pursuing brave and big bets.
- Negotiate with main media partners, coordinating media buying with Marketing and Procurement teams.
- Sponsor the Media Team for connections plans across brands/initiatives, recommending allocation of activation DME to different consumer/ shopper touchpoints.
- Evolve our approach to connections and media, bringing more science to planning and execution phases.
This role requires a strong understanding of media beliefs, media productivity, and social media activation. You will be a knowledgeable and thought leader in these areas, serving as a key player in our IMX team.

- A deep understanding of media strategy, planning, and buying.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proven track record of driving innovation and growth through media initiatives.

OthersThis role is based in Brazil, with possible locations in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay. You will be required to travel frequently, with potential relocation options available.
