The Shopper Marketing Manager plays a vital role in developing and executing strategies that drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Commercial Strategy:
- Develop annual business plans using category, shopper, and retailer-specific data to identify areas of opportunity and provide market insights.
- Marketing Execution:
- Own commercial and bottler communication, working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency across programming, assigned accounts, and regions.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure all branding and logo use is in line with brand standards at all POS materials and in-store activations.
- Consumer Promotions:
- Lead consumer promotions, managing the full process from planning to fulfillment, and report post-promotional performance to optimize future programs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Traditional and omni Shopper Marketing, Key Account Sales, Wholesalers, Distributors, Field Marketing, and Brand Management in the beverage, packaged goods industry.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
