Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI architect to spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large language models (LLMs) to solve complex problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

About The Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Client projects: Collaborate with startup founders to build minimum viable products (MVPs).
  • Internal projects: Develop AI-powered tools to transform our workflows.
  • Hiring: Contribute to our growth strategy and interview future candidates.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior engineers to elevate our team's skills.
Key Qualifications / What We're Looking For
  • Experience in building LLM-powered applications, whether personal or professional.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic patterns.
  • Ability to design evaluations for AI-powered products.
  • A growth mindset, with the ability to quickly learn new skills in the AI space.
  • Strong curiosity about AI's impact on society.
  • Capacity to lead technical direction and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Requirements
  • Backend: Python (FastAPI) or TypeScript (Node.js).
  • Frontend (nice to have): TypeScript (React, Next.js).
Bonus Skills – Nice to Have
  • Experience finetuning LLMs.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research papers in AI.
  • Using AI tools to supercharge coding workflows.
