Seeking a seasoned professional to support high-level executives in the Latin America region. As an Executive Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business success through strategic collaboration and operational excellence.

About the Position

You will:

  • Manage complex schedules and events, ensuring seamless execution and proactive conflict resolution.
  • Develop and maintain confidential presentations and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the organization's strategy and operations, serving as a trusted advisor to multiple executives and their teams.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage expense reporting and approval processes on behalf of executives.

Team Support:

  • Oversee logistics and coordination of recurring meetings and departmental events, anticipating potential issues.
  • Implement process improvements, driving operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Strategically coordinate organizational planning and implementation.
  • Provide administrative support during executive meetings, capturing key decisions and action items.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting a senior-level executive.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office, Slack, and relevant software applications.
  • A proven track record of coordinating travel and events within company guidelines.
