Urgent Care Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our urgent care clinic.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in supervising staff and managing clinical operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare management position
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to motivate and develop your team members

Job Responsibilities

The Urgent Care Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing clinical operations and supervising staff
  • Auditing clinical practices and operations to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Scheduling staff to ensure proper staffing metrics
  • Collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer to ensure proper staffing levels for provider staff
Essential Functions

The duties will be performed in accordance with policy and procedure, the standard of care, and in accordance with state certification. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Attending to the day-to-day management of the clinic
  • Hiring, monitoring, coaching, and completing timely evaluation of performance for staff/direct reports
  • Ensuring that staff is adequately trained and cross-trained where appropriate
