About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our public relations team. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies for technology sector clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Public Relations or Communications and previous experience in press relations or communication agencies. Established relationships with journalists, particularly in the technology, business, and finance sectors, are a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies for technology sector clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute communications materials, including press releases, articles, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct media outreach and follow-ups.
  • Organize events, conferences, and webinars to enhance client visibility.
  • Manage communication crises when necessary.
Requirements
  • Degree in Public Relations or Communications.
  • Previous experience in press relations or communication agencies.
  • Established relationships with journalists, particularly in the technology, business, and finance sectors.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) with exceptional writing and grammar skills.
  • Advanced or fluent English is essential.
  • Proactive and responsible attitude towards challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills.
  • Experience in the blockchain industry is highly desirable.
