We are seeking a skilled professional to join our recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Source opportunities for candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach.
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to align with job requirements.
- Partner with local operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
