We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
This role involves developing and executing strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis is also essential for this position. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Source and promote job opportunities through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes with department managers.
- Partner with local operations and HR teams to support hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, including documentation and data records.
