
Strategic Recruiter for Healthcare Professionals

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Recruiter to join our team in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role. They will be familiar with recruitment metrics and data analysis, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source and promote job opportunities through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes with department managers
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
