Product Development Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee and coordinate the resources required to create and maintain products. This role is accountable for the outcomes of the team and the development of its members.
You will work closely with the Product Owner to identify functional requirements and make plans to execute them. Additionally, you will take care of the growth and specialization of your team members, understanding and working hard to maintain high team morale.
The key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment
- Guidance, coaching, and mentorship
- Determining the squad's development strategy and planning projects
- Assisting the team in defining necessary resources and acquiring them
- Communicating with Product owners, architects, and other EMs
- Working with UX to ensure top-quality designs meet standards
- Guaranteeing the squad's health and great performance
