We are seeking a seasoned Account Strategist to join our Amazon Vendor Services team. This commercial role offers 360-degree exposure across all e-commerce areas, with responsibility for managing and developing strategic vendor relationships.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Drive vendor growth and maximize long-term performance in retail by improving operational excellence and customer experience.
  • Create customized development plans for each vendor, monitor daily success metrics, and ensure brand performance reaches the highest level.
  • Support vendors on operational topics, responsible for key operational and financial results, and develop strategies to boost revenue and performance improvement margin.
Other Responsibilities
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with partner business teams, peers, and stakeholders to identify and align business opportunities.
  • Educate vendors about Amazon tools, processes, and resources to enhance their capabilities.
  • Analyze, create, and manage vendor deals and event performances to drive business growth.
