We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the growth and development of our existing customer relationships. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for strategically managing key customer accounts, driving revenue expansion, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account growth plans to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful business analysis to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and drive sales growth.
- Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably in the software industry.
- Experience with complex sales projects, long sales cycles, and public tenders.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Native language fluency, English preferred; Spanish a plus.
