Senior Network Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Network Operations Lead to join our US network team. This key role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and implementing effective troubleshooting methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex network infrastructures, protocols, and incident management systems. A strong track record of delivering high-quality services while maintaining SLAs is essential.
Responsibilities- Network Incident Management: Oversee the management of network incidents from initial triage to resolution, ensuring timely response and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshooting: Perform advanced level 2 troubleshooting for complex network issues, utilizing technical expertise and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skill development.
- SLA Management: Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs and SLA performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in managing network infrastructure, protocols, and incident management systems, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, proxies, and TCP/IP.
- Incident Management Systems: Proficient in using incident management software, such as ServiceNow or Jira, to manage and resolve network incidents efficiently.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience in a leadership role, demonstrating strong technical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
- Corporate Experience: At least 3 years' experience working in large corporations, with a strong understanding of enterprise network environments and security best practices.
- Certifications: Certified CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Language Skills: Advanced English language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced network protocols, including Cisco, Citrix, and Checkpoint.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
