Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality services to our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in desktop operations, asset management, and conference room operations. You will be responsible for monitoring office network quality, gathering user feedback, and implementing improvements. Additionally, you will track, manage, and inventory local IT infrastructure resources, resolve application issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity.

You will also be responsible for managing onsite services, including desktop operations, IT asset management, and maintenance of public IT services. This includes coordinating local service provider resources for rapid problem resolution and efficient use of personnel and equipment. Furthermore, you will manage service SLAs, track performance, drive improvement projects, and ensure delivery quality.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and team management skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment. Strong problem-solving skills, quick response capabilities, and project collaboration skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, with overseas work experience preferred.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, or Arabic and English, for effective communication is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and PMP certifications is advantageous.
