Senior Security Strategist

The role of Senior Security Strategist plays a pivotal part in driving the organization's security agenda forward. As a key member of the corporate security team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust security strategies that effectively mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance security awareness and knowledge among employees.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry associations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on security-related matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
Security Governance and Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information security.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to promote a culture of security awareness within the organization.
Crisis Management and Resilience
  • Lead the development and implementation of crisis management plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruption.
  • Coordinate regular tabletop exercises and simulations to test crisis response capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., cybersecurity, risk management, business administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior security role or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing security strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
