We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a Greek speaking representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious airline brand on various work streams, providing assistance to passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations.
The ideal candidate will possess native level fluency in Greek, both verbally and in writing, and will be located in South Africa with a permanent residence permit or South African ID. You will be required to work shifts, including rotational shifts on Mondays to Sundays, and will be expected to meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels.
As a remote worker, you will be responsible for daily interactions with international passengers, handling voice calls in English and Greek, and responding to written correspondence. You will also have the opportunity to work on airline reservations systems and handle customer complaints and queries.
We offer a fully paid product and systems training, a 4-week training period, and a 4-month probation period. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
