As a seasoned logistics professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the outbound process from order fulfillment to last-mile delivery preparation. This includes reviewing work forecasts, setting productivity targets, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Dispatch and First Day Delivery Success.
">Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates and delivery personnel, providing training and addressing team member needs.
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor and ensure efficient operations, reviewing and improving KPIs as necessary.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
