About the Role

Street Diligence, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Posting and Sourcing: Create and post compelling job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms to increase the visibility of job postings and attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and staff interviewers.
  • Feedback and Communication: Provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Manage and track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • International Recruitment: Lead international recruitment efforts and assist with understanding and navigating different countries' employment laws and practices.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and corporate recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
  • Sourcing Skills: Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruiting software/tools.
