Solutions Architect Role

Drive client success by architecting and integrating APIs for seamless logistics management.

  • Lead Technical Onboarding: Partner with clients to design and manage technical integrations, ensuring efficient setup;
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Act as the primary technical contact for clients, advising on optimal API usage to achieve business outcomes (e.g., cost reduction, delivery speed);
  • Translate and Advocate: Decode complex client requirements and workflows into clear user stories, technical specifications, and bug reports for internal engineering teams;
  • Develop Integration Assets: Create high-quality technical documentation, integration guides, code samples, and best practices to empower clients and improve self-serve integration experience;
  • Drive Product Insight: Synthesize client feedback, integration patterns, and common challenges into strategic insights and prioritized recommendations for the Product team;
  • Troubleshoot and Optimize: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during integration, collaborating with engineering to find swift and effective solutions.
Key Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
    • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architect, Developer Advocate, or similar client-facing technical roles, preferably within API-based platforms;
    • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs: read API docs, use tools like Postman/Curl, explain authentication methods, and understand payload structures;
    • A solid understanding of software development lifecycles, integration patterns, and basic networking concepts.
  • Client-Facing Excellence:
    • Proven ability to build trust and communicate complex technical concepts effectively with both technical developers and non-technical stakeholders;
    • Exceptional listening, presentation, and whiteboarding skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Translation Skills:
    • Demonstrated talent for deconstructing ambiguous business problems and designing elegant technical solutions;
    • Innate ability to act as a translator, moving between business language and technical jargon.
  • Cultural Fit:

    • Exceptional communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences;

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
