Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to manage office support with emphasis on local content process and documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support with focus on contract management in the oil and gas industry
  • Assist staff members in preparing, organizing, and managing documentation related to local content and contract management
  • Maintain databases and workflows in compliance with contract milestones and document requirements
  • Manage billing and invoices evidence related to local content process in ERP systems
  • Discuss consequences of contract changes with customers and internal teams
  • Support project execution with Project Managers, Risk Managers, and functions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations or related field
  • Experience with Contract Management in Oil & Gas
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Advanced English skills
  • Experience in Brazilian local content requirement and billing process is a plus
