Job Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot purchase order errors
- Address customer inquiries on pricing and availability
- Follow established work instructions
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners
- Identify and report incorrect or suspicious lead times, pricing, or product information

Required Skills and Qualifications include:
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Previous experience booking distributor orders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in speaking, writing, and reading English
- Computer skills include knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft Windows software suite, and Salesforce
