Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Drive measurable growth and transformation as a key member of our global digital marketing team. We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join us.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with teams across the business, designing, analyzing and optimizing multi-channel marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing automated customer experiences and ad hoc email, SMS and web personalization campaigns
  • Setting up and configuring campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support consumer pathways personalization
  • Leveraging copy and designs created by the Content team to execute campaigns across various business units
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand segmentation, personalization and dynamic content needs within email journeys
  • Maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns to keep content up to date and maximize performance and efficiency
  • Assisting with A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize email campaigns for engagement and conversion
  • Monitoring email deliverability and implementing strategies to maintain a high sender reputation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise
  • 5+ years experience delivering highly-effective digital/email marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Solid experience with performance reporting/success measurement
  • HTML/CSS
  • AMPscript
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
